Who Took the Cookies From the Cookie Jar?

Take photographs of the children having cookies for a snack.

Use the photos to sing the rhyme.  Pick a photo and sing using that child's name.

The photos could also be used to make a classbook.

"Anthony took the cookies from the cookie jar."

Happy Birthday

Take photos of children on their birthdays and create pages for a class book and add to during the year

Add text to go with the photo:  Happy birthday Sam.”  “Sam is five years old.”  “June, 25th.”

Old MacDonald

Use photos from a field trip to the farm to make a book to go along  with the song.

"And on this farm he had a kitten, E-I-E-I-O.

With a meow meow here, and a meow meow there, here a meow, there a meow…"
